Delivery Details:

Readymade: Dispatched within the next business day.
Bespoke: Allow a minimum of one week from order confirmation.
Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary local same-day delivery within Qatar and free worldwide shipping on orders exceeding 1,000 QAR.
International Shipping Charges: For orders below 1,000 QAR, a shipping fee of 200 QAR applies to GCC countries and 400 QAR for the rest of the world.

Returns & Exchanges:

Readymade Only: We accept returns and exchanges for readymade pieces in their original condition, without any alterations made upon customer request. Bespoke creations, due to their custom nature, are considered final sales.
Return Window: Local orders must be returned within the same day or by the next day at the latest. International returns are accepted if received the next day after delivery.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Condition: Returned items must be unworn, with all tags and labels attached.

Beyond Fashion:

At ZUNGOOR, fashion is your canvas. Our team is available to answer your questions and guide you through the design process 12 hours daily, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We use only the finest materials available, from luxurious and soft textiles to exquisite and intricate beadwork. We're happy to share details about your design upon request.

Special Services:

Home Visits: Can't make it to our atelier? We'll bring the collection to you! Try on readymade pieces at home with a minimal delivery charge (waived upon purchase).

In-Home Appointments: For bespoke orders, a designer and sales representative can visit your residence to take your measurements and discuss your vision.
